About Fatality Servers

A small team that actually runs game servers for a living.

Fatality Servers is a tight-knit group of engineers with a combined 35+ years in hosting, server management, and game server ops. We host managed game servers, VPS, and dedicated boxes for 12,400+ communities across 24 games โ€” and we do it without a call-center in sight.

Our story

Built by the people who actually host servers.

Fatality Servers was founded because we were tired of generic hosts that treated game servers like a checkbox on a feature list โ€” slow panels, undersized boxes, support tickets bounced between tiers for 48 hours. We knew what good hosting looked like from running our own communities for years, and we built the company we wished existed.

Today we run a tight stack of Ryzen 9 7950X nodes across 10 global datacenters, with enterprise DDoS mitigation on every plan and the kind of support that actually knows what paper-global.yml, server.cfg, or Commands.dat looks like.

We're not the biggest host on the market. We're not trying to be. We're the one that still answers tickets at 3 AM when your blood-moon horde breaks the server โ€” because one of us is probably still up playing anyway.

The team

Meet the people behind the servers.

Small team, long tenure, zero outsourcing. You'll recognize the names in your support tickets.

Paul Gonsales

Founder & CEO

Paul started Fatality Servers after a decade of running game servers for his own communities. He still writes most of the infrastructure code, sets the hardware standard, and personally escalates anything that feels off. If you've ever gotten a 4 AM ticket reply explaining exactly what your config needed, it was probably him.

Customer Support

Maria runs the support floor โ€” live chat, Discord, and tickets. She's handled thousands of server launches, migrations, and "it broke at 2 AM please help" tickets, and she actually plays half the games we host. If your issue isn't hardware-related, she's the one fixing it.

William Nelson

Hosting & Server Expert

William owns the server-side of the stack: node provisioning, kernel tuning, panel development, and the game-specific optimizations that keep your tick rate honest under load. Anything weird with the hardware, the network, or the panel ends up on his desk โ€” and usually closes out within the hour.

How we work

A handful of rules, enforced by a handful of people.

We're a small team on purpose. Every policy below is something one of us will lose sleep over if we break it.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

Honest, upfront pricing

The price on the plan page is the price you pay. No setup fees, no hidden "bandwidth overage" bills in month 2, no auto-renewal gotchas. If we charge it, it's listed. If it's listed, we explain it.

๐Ÿง

Game-specific tuning, not generic hosting

Every supported game has its own spec sheet, its own plugin library, its own default configs โ€” tuned by engineers who've actually run that game at scale. A Minecraft modpack, a 128-tick CS:GO match server, and a 32-slot Zombie Plague box all need different things. We ship them all differently.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Support that owns the problem

Your ticket doesn't get bounced between "levels." It goes straight to whoever can fix it. Average first response under 10 minutes during business hours, under 30 minutes overnight, and they stay on it until you're back up.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

DDoS protection is not an upsell

Layer 3/4/7 mitigation is included on every plan โ€” managed, VPS, and dedicated โ€” at no extra cost. We don't null-route you under sustained attack and then pitch "enterprise protection" once the traffic spikes. The protection is already on.

๐Ÿชง

Honest status page

When something breaks, we say so. Our status page reports real incidents in real time, with postmortems posted within 48 hours for anything that affected paying customers. No "partial degradation" euphemisms.

๐Ÿ’ก

Admins, not resellers

We don't resell a white-label panel from someone else. We operate our own hardware in our own racks and develop our own panel / tooling. When your server has a problem, the fix lives in our codebase โ€” not a vendor's queue.

Talk to a real person

Questions? We're right here.

Pre-sales, hardware sizing, migration from another host, custom setups โ€” email us, open a ticket, or hop into our Discord. One of the three of us will answer personally.
