Impact: Control panel load times elevated to 2-4s for customers in the FRA-1 region. Game servers unaffected. No data loss.

Root cause: Single panel API replica OOM'd during a scheduled backup job; failover took longer than our target due to a stale health-check threshold.

Resolved. Panel latency back to baseline across FRA-1. Health-check thresholds updated site-wide to prevent recurrence.
Identified. Rolling restart of affected replicas in progress. ETA to full recovery ~15 min.
Investigating. Monitoring flagged elevated 95th-percentile panel latency in FRA-1.

Scheduled network maintenance · Singapore (SIN-1)

Completed · 2026-03-22 · 45 min window

Impact: Scheduled upstream transit provider upgrade. Game servers reachable throughout; up to 8 seconds of routing flap during the cutover window.

Outcome: Completed 12 minutes ahead of the announced window. New transit paths show ~4 ms latency improvement for AU / NZ players connecting to SIN-1.

Impact: Payment processor had a global outage affecting all card transactions. New signups and plan upgrades failed with a generic error during the window. Existing servers and renewals on file unaffected.

Root cause: Upstream payment provider incident. We've since added a fallback processor; future processor outages will fail over automatically within 60 seconds.

Resolved. Payment processor restored upstream. All queued transactions retried successfully.
Monitoring. Processor reports fix deployed. Testing end-to-end.
Identified. Upstream payment processor has declared an incident on their status page. ETA to recovery unknown.

Minecraft modpack installer slow · CurseForge API

Resolved · 2026-01-28 · 2h 14min total

Impact: CurseForge API was rate-limiting our modpack installer aggressively. New Minecraft modpack installs queued for up to 15 minutes each during the window. Running servers unaffected.

Root cause: Upstream CurseForge incident. We now cache popular modpack manifests at the edge, reducing our dependency on their API during peaks.
